Fairness at Work, Fairness for Everyone

SCMMA has finally been called to the bargaining table, with two sessions held last week. The bargaining team is working hard on behalf of all members and striving for a collective agreement that demonstrates fairness at work, for everyone. 

How you can support the bargaining process

SCMMA members are encouraged to demonstrate faith in the collective bargaining process and support of the union through: 

• Displaying a SCMMA sticker 

  • Available through SCMMA board members; connect with the Board or local Steward for locations 

• Using a SCMMA desk tent, Teams background, or profile picture
